From the selection of brands, it is advisable to choose products or trademarks with "R" registered enterprise products, LED lights with exquisite appearance, clear and beautiful printing of product trademark models and specifications, and there should be no deformation, paint planting, or uneven color.
2. LED line lights or landscape lights usually use aluminum as a heat sink. The larger the contact area between the heat sink and the air, the more conducive it is to heat dissipation. The whole lamp works stably, with a small and long lifespan. Ball bulbs and ceiling spotlights should not have too large ventilation holes to prevent mosquitoes from crawling in during use, affecting the lighting effect or causing unnecessary damage.
3. Check the glue: The serious yellowing phenomenon of the line light after one year is due to poor quality of the glue material. There are many inferior adhesives sold in the market under the name of waterproof PU glue, which have poor waterproof performance and are prone to yellowing and darkening. Similarly, the price of it is far from that of normal waterproof PU glue, basically more than twice the price.
4. Looking at aluminum materials: ultra-thin aluminum materials are prone to change. When choosing aluminum materials for strip lights, reputable manufacturers will first consider whether the heat dissipation is good. Do you think that thicker aluminum materials are better? In fact, it's not like that. What about your makeup and foundation make-up? It's definitely not the case. If you want aluminum to be less prone to deformation and have good heat dissipation, you must choose the appropriate thickness. You can't just say that you want thicker silver, the better. Also, if the silver material of the line lamp becomes thicker, will the heat dissipation be better? NO! The more aluminum is built, the worse the heat dissipation. It is easy to squeeze and deform during installation, so cutting corners is necessary. Another issue is cost-effectiveness. 5. Looking at waterproof plugs: The LED market is really large, and every year at the beginning of the year, customers will consult once: "Are there any new prices this year?" Some manufacturers are under this pressure and will reduce their materials a bit, but there are also some manufacturers who lower their profits to maintain their existing customers. Waterproof plugs are also cheap, but relatively speaking, they have poor conductivity and waterproof performance, which is prone to water ingress and leakage. Basically, square four core plugs are also very good, although their price is high, the overall stability can reach 99% waterproof, and the 1% may not be tightly plugged in.
6. Check the washing of the circuit board: Is it good that the aluminum substrate will definitely turn red? 2. It should be of good quality. Most of the line lights use woven boards as light sources. Has the red board of Zhun Dao Xiang always been labeled as a top priority? This is not true. I used to think that fiberglass board products were not high-quality products, but after the technician explained, I also understood that fiberglass board has its own advantages and disadvantages. 7. High quality LED line lights must have the same light color, without yellow or other colors appearing. If you don't know how to distinguish, I can teach you a small method: only by turning on these electric lights and observing their color changes can you get the desired answer. Also, to see if the quality of the LED chips is good, you can turn on your phone's camera. If the quality of the LED chips is not very good and the aperture is not very high, but if you turn on the camera function and see many sparkling apertures, it proves that the quality of this LED chip is not very good.
